Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellation Policy
As each session is an exclusive private reservation, preparations — including staffing and kimono arrangements — begin several days in advance. Please note the following cancellation fees apply after your booking is confirmed.

7 to 4 days before the session: 50% of the plan fee

3 days before to the day of the session (including no-shows): 100% of the plan fee
If you need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond your control, such as severe weather or transportation disruptions, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
